Where at least I know I am free

Any one who has ever been close to me, knows that of the love I have for this country. I am so grateful to have been born in the United States; the land of opportunity. I am grateful for the men and women who are working, even fighting, so that we can be safe here at home. I believe the Declaration of Independence and the United States Constitution to be divinely inspired documents. So when I looked up and I saw this site that you now see in a photograph, it took my breath away. This picture just screams freedom, and triumph over the unjust. With my camera I was able to capture a fraction of a second, so that I could ponder it for an infinite amount of time. It created an opportunity for me to remember what a wonderful gift it is to be living in the land of the brave.

Amy Jo! The pictures you take are so great! You really are a good little artist in so many mediums. Where did you obtain this camera?

Am - Do you remember us tramping on Stewart Island? ... and the awful European (maybe German)people that were bashing the U.S.? I can just remember all the American pride that we had. You just don't bash the USA in front of girls, when they are thousands of miles away and probably homesick...bad news bears.
P.S. my phone doesn't text message back, but I got your text and it made me SO happy to know that you are out there. I want to talk sometime. Love ya.

Amy Jo,

I hope you don't think it's weird that I am commenting on your blog. I saw that Lindsey had linked to it, and I wanted to see what was going on with you, so...I am officially addicted! I always knew you were amazing but I had no idea you were an ARTIST! I would pay you for your photographs... I hope you get into the program at BYU.

Amy, you're impossible to get ahold of. Lets stop this vicious cycle of phone tag right now. . .
